Once again, the North Country showed up for our "Saturday Night at the Movies" popcorn drive in huge numbers! We had some amazing staff
helping us out today, and everyone worked non-stop to get through the lines as fast as possible. And of course a huge thanks to the NYS
troopers who gave us their time to help direct traffic and make sure everyone was safe! We were thrilled to see how generous everyone
was with their donations, and we're proud to say we raised $4,487.50 for the Interfaith Food Shelf, more than a $1,000 increase from our
first event! Our sister cinema in VT, Essex Cinemas also had a massive turnout, raising $3,834.83 for the VT Foodbank, almost double their
first event! Head over to their Facebook to see a full account of their day!
Thanks to all of our wonderful customers for supporting us and our community through these trying times. We can't wait to see you all
again at the movies! - Craig and Leah Cathers
To Our Valued Customers And Community,
We have been doing everything in our power to stay open during the COVID-19 crisis, however as of Monday, March 16th at 8PM we
must close our doors to the public until further notice. All scheduled movies, Fathom events, and group shows will be cancelled.
If anyone has pre-purchased tickets for shows, please hold on to them and they will be honored for a future showing. If you have any
questions, please email email@example.com .
This is obviously a struggle for our small, locally owned business, but the health and safety of our customers and our staff is the
first priority. We hope we will have the support of this wonderful community as we move forward into this uncertainty. We know many
people are unsure and scared, and we hope to be able to provide you with the escape of cinema as soon as it is safe again.
